1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms, standards, and procedures governing the delivery of 3D rendering and
visualization services by RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd ("RenderRise Studio", "we", "our", or "us"). It ensures
clarity, quality, consistency, and transparency for clients, partners, and internal teams.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all 3D rendering, architectural visualization, interior/exterior renders, animations,
walkthroughs, product visualizations, and related digital services provided by RenderRise Studio to clients in
Australia and internationally.
3. Services Offered
RenderRise Studio provides, but is not limited to:
- 3D Exterior Rendering
- 3D Townhouse Rendering
- 3D Apartment Rendering
- 3D Commercial Rendering
- 3D Interior Rendering
- 3D HD Video Walkthroughs
- 360 Views
- 3D Floor Plans
- 2D Colour Marketing Floor Plans
Service specifics are defined in individual project proposals or agreements.
4. Client Engagement & Requirements
4.1 Project Brief
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, including:
- CAD drawings, sketches, or design documents
- Material specifications and finishes
- Reference images or style guidelines
- Project timelines and milestones
Delays or inaccuracies in provided information may impact delivery timelines and costs.
4.2 Revisions
- Standard projects include up to 2 minor revision rounds, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Major design changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is project-based or hourly, as outlined in the official quotation.
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement.
- Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
- Late payments may result in project suspension.
6. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines are estimated based on project complexity and scope.
- RenderRise Studio will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
- We are not liable for delays caused by client-side changes, late feedback, or force majeure events.
7. Quality Standards
RenderRise Studio commits to:
- Industry-standard software and workflows
- High-resolution, professional-quality outputs
- Consistency with approved designs and briefs
Final outputs are subject to artistic interpretation within agreed specifications.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Ownership
- Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for the agreed purpose.
- RenderRise Studio retains ownership of underlying 3D models, scenes, and workflows unless explicitly
transferred in writing.
8.2 Portfolio Use
RenderRise Studio reserves the right to display completed works in
portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
9. Confidentiality
- All client data, designs, and project materials are treated as confidential.
- Information will not be shared with third parties (excluding subcontractors) without client consent,
except where required by law.
10. Data Security
RenderRise Studio implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect:
- Client files and designs
- Digital assets and project data
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for digital transmissions.
11. Subcontracting & Third-Party Resources
11.1 Subcontracting Model
RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd operates a global execution and
delivery model. Client engagements, contracts, and work orders are managed and accepted by RenderRise Studio
Pty Ltd in Australia; however, the actual execution of 3D rendering and visualization work may be carried out
globally.
In particular:
- A significant portion of production work is executed by India-based subcontractors, along with other
international partners where required.
- All subcontracted work is performed under the direction, supervision, and quality control of RenderRise
Studio Pty Ltd.
- RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd remains fully responsible to the client for deliverables, timelines, quality,
and contractual obligations, regardless of where the work is executed.
All subcontractors are engaged under appropriate contractual arrangements, including confidentiality, data
protection, and intellectual property obligations, consistent with Australian legal requirements and this
policy.
11.2 Client Acknowledgement
By engaging RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd, the client
acknowledges and agrees that:
- Services may be performed wholly or partly by offshore subcontractors, including those based in India.
- Offshore execution does not reduce RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd’s responsibility for service quality,
delivery timelines, or contractual obligations.
- No additional consent is required for offshore execution unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
11.3 Cross-Border Data Transfer
- Client information, project files, drawings, and digital assets may be transferred, stored, or accessed
outside Australia solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
- RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd takes reasonable steps to ensure that offshore subcontractors handle client data
in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
- Data shared with subcontractors is limited to what is necessary for project execution.
11.4 Data Sharing with Subcontractors
- Client materials may be shared with subcontractors strictly on a need-to-know basis for project execution.
- Reasonable measures are taken to ensure subcontractors comply with confidentiality, data protection, and
security standards consistent with this policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- RenderRise Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
13. Cancellations & Refunds
- Project cancellations must be provided in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Refunds, if any, are assessed based on work completed.
14. Compliance with Australian Law
RenderRise Studio Pty Ltd operates in accordance with:
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- Applicable NSW and Commonwealth regulations
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
15. Policy Updates
RenderRise Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated versions will be made
available upon request or via official communication channels.
